Big Eagle Limited Partnership Closes Acquisition of Cham Services Ltd.

Calgary, Alberta, Canada – Big Eagle Limited Partnership (“Big Eagle” or the “Company”) announces that it has acquired the assets of Cham Services Ltd. (“Cham”) effective October 6, 2008. Cham Services Ltd. will operate under the Big Eagle Services name and will continue to provide its quality hot oiler and fluid heating services, as well as offer expanded service lines of Big Eagle Services.

Founded in 2002, Cham Services Ltd. has grown to become a leading hot oiler, pumping and heating supplier in the Hinton, Alberta region with heating capabilities of up to 12 million BTU.

“The acquisition of Cham Services Ltd. provides Big Eagle Services with quality operators and equipment and a strategic location in Hinton, Alberta. From this new location, we will better meet the needs of our existing customers while maintaining our high level of service and commitment to safety,” comments Roger Stokowski, Big Eagle’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “Cham has a solid foundation of quality employees that share the same dedication to best-in-class customer service as Big Eagle and we look forward to accomplishing great things together.”
