Bringing 33 years of experience. University of Regina (BSc-p).

EVP of Business Development, Marketing, Mergers & Acquisitions
Former VP of Business Development, Hazco Environmental Services. Graduated from University of Waterloo with a degree in Geology and Engineering. A member of The Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA) Bringing 15 years of experience.
Steve Katulka
Vice President of Operations
Former President and Founder of Henka Well Testing. Graduated from University of Waterloo with a degree in Engineering. Bringing 32 years of experience.
Rosalee Cobb
Director of Human Resources
Former Human Resource Manager, Halliburton Group Canada. Graduated from University of Victoria with a degree in Psychology and Camosun College with a Human Resource Management Certificate. A Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP), bringing 10 years of experience.
Brian Bertsch
Corporate HSE Manager
Formerly with Enmax as a corporate governance manager for compliance and regulatory best practices. Long term advisor to the utility sector, including Fortis, Atco, City of Calgary and Enmax combined with 20 years environmental health and safety management in oil and gas. Past member of the Alberta Government Joint Utility Safety Task Force. ( Worked on the Godzilla commercials and Where’s the Line? campaign. Currently on the Alberta Government Regional Partner- ship committee for the Common Ground Alliance. Is a contributing member of Enform and recently one of the authors of the newly published IRP 17 Industry Best Practice for Ground Disturbance. Graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Health Science and a focus on epidemiology. Sits on the Alberta Damage Prevention Council sub-committee that oversees training standards for the oilfield and construction industry in Alberta.
Karyn Adam
Human Resource Development Manager
Karyn has worked in Human Resources in one capacity or another for more than 25 years. The last 10 years have been in the oil and gas industry where she worked with frontline leaders developing their leadership skills and providing various HR services to the operation. Karyn will be working with the management team in developing and delivering a targeted leadership program, coaching and mentoring.
Tom Parenteau
PSL Manager
Bringing more than 20 years experience from the oil and gas industry, Tom has been a key player at Big Eagle Services for 9 years. Working almost exclusively within the Vac and Water Division, he started out as a Dispatcher, and over the 9 years worked in various leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to Big Eagle Services, he was employed at Flint Energy Services for 13 years, starting out as an operator, growing in roles of increased responsibility in a leadership capacity. Tom brings the knowhow and experience to successfully lead the redefined Vac and Water Product Service Line.
William Fraser
Corporate Maintenance Manager
William is a fleet maintenance professional with more than 30 years experience within the transportation sector. Partnering with all facets throughout his career, automotive, heavy truck, marine, shop management, fleet maintenance sales and marketing. First as a technician graduating from Centennial College early in his career then as a shop and fleet maintenance manager. William brings a wealth of technical experience and leadership to the Big Eagle maintenance team that will drive an efficient and innovative maintenance strategy.
